HMPA is the study of electrical pulses that are produced when natural energy at the earth's subsurface interacts with fluids at depth (oil).
By telling us what is going on directly below the sensor, HMPA is not subject to lateral errors and false positives that microseepage related technologies may produce.
HMPA technology does not look for structure; it identifies where the thickest oil columns exist.
HMPA can be used to find hidden stratigraphic traps in various limestone formations, as well as prolific sands like Morrow, Chester, etc. Even narrow, winding sand channels can be detected.
HMPA technology, particularly when coupled with 3-D, increases the likelihood of getting a commercial well to above 70%.
We encourage you to have us study any future candidates before staking them.
Currently working successfully in Anadarko & Permian basins.
